NEW DELHI: NBCC (India) has e-auctioned 1,185 residential units at Aspire Dream Valley, Greater Noida (West), garnering a total sale value of ₹1,504.69 crore.
Amrapali Group‘s Aspire Dream Valley project is a Supreme Court-monitored project.
The fund is expected to mitigate the fund requirement of ongoing projects including bank loan payment.
The sale will help complete the stalled Amrapali projects as the generated fund will help reduce the piling up of stalled projects of Noida substantially once the existing units get completed.
