JAIPUR: The Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) has issued a comprehensive guideline for e-lease services and commenced the services from Thursday. Under this scheme, JDA will begin issuing e-leases within 30 days of the application.
A JDA official stated, “The newly established guideline outlines 23 steps and allocates a specific number of mandatory days for each official engaged in the procedure to fulfil their individual responsibilities. Officials need to either accept or reject the application or may ask for further inputs during the specific time.”
According to the new guidelines, the applicant will have to create his/her own SSO ID and apply online for the lease on the JDA website.
All original documents of the plot or house must also be uploaded online. Applicants will subsequently be required to visit the JDA Citizen Service Centres and submit the original documents.
