HYDERABAD: Aparna Constructions and Estates to invest ₹2,525 crore to develop a residential project – Aparna Moonstone, within its integrated township, Aparna Deccan Town, located in Gopanpally-Gachibowli, Hyderabad.
The project offers a total of 2,088 apartments. Spread over 22.28 acres, the project features spacious 3BHK and 4BHK residences ranging from 2,166 to 3,140 sq ft.
S.S. Reddy, managing director of the company said, “Hyderabad continues to grow as a global economic and innovation hub, and this is inspiring a transition towards luxury living.”
