NEW DELHI: Incuspaze, an office space solution providers, has appointed Mayank Kaushik as chief operating officer (COO) and Kapil Poddar as chief finance officer (CFO).
Kaushik as a COO will oversee the procurement, IT infrastructure, facilities management – operations, food & beverage, design & build, and client relationship management.
Poddar, on the other hand, will lead financial strategy, capital allocation, and fundraising efforts.
Sanjay Choudhary, founder and CEO of the company said, “As we expand our footprint across India, fortifying our leadership team is essential to achieving operational excellence and strategic clarity.”
The company is looking to expand in tier-I and tier-II cities and plans to launch 100 centres by 2027. It is also focusing on fit-out leasing and service delivery across all touchpoints.
In July 2024, Incuspaze raised $8 million and is currently in the process of raising an additional $25 million to support its expansion.
Over the past year, the company has added over 1.7 million sq ft office space in Bengaluru, Delhi NCR, Pune, Chennai, Mumbai and Lucknow.
