NEW DELHI: Jeetendra Kapoor and family-owned firms Pantheon Buildcon and Tusshar Infra Developers have sold two land parcels spanning a total area of 9,664.68 sq meters (2.39 acres) in Andheri, Mumbai, for ₹855 crore.
The land parcel, along with the built-up area, was bought by NTT Global Data Centers & Cloud Infrastructure India.
The site currently houses Balaji IT Park, and includes three constructed buildings with a cumulative built-up area of 45,572.14 sq meters (4,90,534 sq ft).
The deal incurred a stamp duty of ₹8.69 crore and registration charges amounting to ₹30,000, according to the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) documents reviewed by Square Yards. The transaction was registered in May 2025.
In January 2025, NTT Data had announced more than $10 billion in capital development to expand its data center business through 2027. Over the past six months, the company has acquired six land parcels across North America, Europe, and Asia.
It acquired 53-acre land in Milan, Italy, 32 acres land in Tochigi and eight acres land in Osaka, Japan. It acquired 174 acres in Arizona, USA and about 26.3 acres land in London, UK. It has also land parcels in Hillsboro, USA and Frankfurt, Germany.
