NEW DELHI: Hrithik Roshan and Rakesh Roshan have sold three residential properties for a cumulative value of ₹6.75 crore in Andheri West, Mumbai.
The first property, valued at ₹3.75 crore, is located in Veejays Niwas CHS and was sold by Rakesh Roshan. It has a built-up area of 95.26 sq meters (1,025 sq ft) and includes two car parking spaces. The transaction involved a stamp duty payment of ₹18.75 lakh and registration charges of ₹30,000, according to the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) documents reviewed by Square Yards.
The second property, valued at ₹2.20 crore, is located in Raheja Classique. It has a built-up area of 60.89 sq meters (655 sq ft). The transaction incurred a stamp duty payment of ₹13.20 lakh and registration charges of ₹30,000.
The third property is also located in Raheja Classique. It was sold by Hrithik Roshan and is valued at ₹80 lakh. The property has a built-up area of 22.30 sq meters (240 sq ft). The transaction involved a stamp duty payment of ₹4.80 lakh and registration charges of ₹30,000.
All the transactions were registered in May 2025.
