NEW DELHI: Aatish Kapadia, an actor, director and screenplay writer, along with his wife Alison Kapadia, has purchased an apartment in Elysian by Oberoi Realty situated in Goregaon, Mumbai, for ₹15.31 crore.
The apartment has a carpet area of 281.50 sq meters (3,030.07 sq ft). The deal also includes three car parking spaces. The transaction incurred a stamp duty payment of ₹91.86 lakh and registration charges of ₹30,000, according to the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) documents reviewed by Square Yards.
The transaction was registered in June 2025.
According to Square Yards Data Intelligence, Elysian has recorded 116 sale registrations with a total transaction value of ₹1,035 crore from April 2024 to March 2025. The average property price in the project stands at ₹50,869 per sq ft.
