NEW DELHI: BPTP has launched GAIA Residences, a residential project on the Dwarka Expressway, with a planned investment of ₹3,000 crore and expected revenue of ₹6,500 crore.
Part of a larger ~150-acre township under development, the project forms the second phase of the Amstoria project.
The 12.05-acre development will comprise three high-rise towers with 531 units of 3BHK residences. One of the towers will open for sales at a later date, pending relocation of a high-tension electricity line.
The project’s average unit price begins at ₹3.85 crore.
