NEW DELHI: Lodha Developers began FY26 on a steady note, reporting pre-sales of ₹44.5 billion in Q1 FY26, a 10% year-on-year growth, despite temporary disruptions caused by geopolitical tensions early in the quarter.

The company remains confident of achieving its annual pre-sales guidance of ₹210 billion.

Collections during the quarter reached ₹28.8 billion, reflecting a 7% growth over Q1 FY25. The company expects significantly stronger inflows in the second half of the financial year, driven by project completions and new launches.

The company added five new projects during Q1 FY26 across Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), Pune, and Bengaluru, with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of ₹227 billion, already achieving over 90% of its full-year business development guidance of ₹250 billion.

Its net debt stood at ₹50.8 billion, well within its comfort threshold of 0.5x net debt-to-equity.
