Manglam Group & The Fern Hotels join forces for a serviced apart’otel in Jaipur, ET RealEstate

NEW DELHI: Manglam Group has signed a new 200+ key serviced apart’otel under the Fern Habitat brand. The company will invest ₹150 crore for the development of this project.

The property will be developed as part of Pinkwalk, a mixed-use development in Jagatpura, Jaipur. Pinkwalk, spread across 21,000 sq yards, will offer over 950 commercial and studio spaces.

The company has been expanding its footprint in the hospitality sector and aims to develop five premium hospitality properties across Rajasthan and Goa, supported by a ₹1,000 crore investment.
