Signature Global Sees ₹2,640 Crore Pre-Sales in Q1 FY26, Despite Year-on-Year Drop, ET RealEstate

NEW DELHI: Signatureglobal (India) has reported pre-sales of ₹2,640 crore for the first quarter of FY26, compared to ₹3,120 crore in the same period last year.

The company recorded a significant jump in average sales realization, which rose 31% year-on-year to ₹16,296 per sq ft in Q1 FY26 from ₹12,457 per sq ft in FY25.

Pradeep Kumar Aggarwal, chairman and whole-time director of the company said, “We anticipate strong sales momentum going forward and are extremely confident in meeting our annual guidance on various parameters.”

Collections during the quarter stood at ₹930 crore, down from ₹1,210 crore in Q1 FY25.

In terms of business development, the company acquired 9.96 acres of land in Sohna. The land has a development potential of approximately 0.53 million sq ft.

Signature Global’s net debt remained largely stable at ₹890 crore at the end of Q1 FY26, compared to ₹880 crore at the close of FY25.
