NEW DELHI: Godrej Properties has announced significant leadership changes with the resignation of two senior management executives – Vikas Singhal, chief operating officer, and Priyansh Kapoor, zonal CEO – Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).
According to the company’s regulatory filing, Kapoor’s resignation became effective at the close of business on July 18, 2025. He will be succeeded by Amitesh Shah, who assumes the role of Zonal CEO – MMR from July 19, 2025. Shah, who has been with the company since 2011, most recently served as region head for MMR 1.
Meanwhile, Singhal’s resignation from the COO post will take effect on July 31, 2025. Replacing him is Sandeep Navlakhe. With over 34 years of experience, Navlakhe joins from Adani Airport Holdings, where he oversaw large-scale infrastructure initiatives including the Dharavi redevelopment and multiple airport projects. He previously held key leadership roles at Tata Projects, Lodha Group, and L&T Construction.
