NEW DELHI: Brigade Group has acquired 20.19-acre land parcel in the Whitefield–Hoskote corridor of Bengaluru.
The outright purchase was completed at a transaction value of ₹588.33 crore through Ananthay Properties, a subsidiary of Brigade Enterprises.
The site offers potential for a mixed-use development with a gross development value (GDV) of ₹5,200 crore. The project has an estimated development potential of 4.2 million sq ft.
BuzzWorks, the managed and flexible offices arm of the company, had recently leased over 50,000 sq ft space at Mindspace Business Park, HITEC City, Hyderabad. This centre has 1,000 seats capacity.
