Nisus Finance invests ₹115 crore in Kumar Vibe Projects across Mumbai & Pune, ETRealty

NEW DELHI: Kumar Vibe Properties, a 50:50 joint venture between Kumar Properties and Infrastructure LLP and Vibe Realty, has secured an investment of ₹115 crore from Nisus Finance, marking a milestone in its growth trajectory.

The investment will be allocated to three projects located in Khar West & Goregaon West at Mumbai and NIBM at Pune.

The residences will be priced at ₹7 crore and above at Khar west, ₹3 crore to ₹4.25 crore at Goregaon West and up to ₹1.25 crore at NIBM Pune.

Together, these projects will have a combined topline of over ₹1,100 crore.
