NEW DELHI: Concorde has entered into a joint development to develop a high-rise residential project, Concorde Élevé, on Old Madras Road (OMR) in East Bengaluru.
The project has a development potential of approximately 3.2 lakh sq ft and a gross development value (GDV) of ₹475 crore.
The project is spread across 2.16 acres and will comprise 136 units in 3 and 4 BHK configurations. The tower will rise to 36 floors, with four units per floor and an overall 70% open space, according to the company.
The development will include a 15,000 sq ft clubhouse, retail space, and a range of common amenities.
