NEW DELHI: Arkade Developers a has reported a decline of 4.83 per cent in its net consolidated profit during the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Its profit after tax stood at ₹28.75 crore in Q1 FY26 as against ₹30.21 crore it registered in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, the company said in a BSE filing.
The company’s net consolidated total income stood at ₹165.22 crore in Q1 FY26, a growth of 31.64 per cent from ₹125.51 crore it recorded in the similar quarter last year.
Amit Jain, chairman and managing director of the company said, ” We are pleased to report a healthy year-on-year growth, with pre-sales increasing by 17.1% and collections rising by 41.8%.Additionally, we announced a maiden interim dividend for our shareholders, and this underscores the company’s strong financial health and investor-focused approach.”
The board of the directors recommended a maiden interim dividend of 10%. Promoter Amit M Jain and whole-time directors Sandeep Jain and Arpit Jain forgo dividend.
