MUMBAI: DLF, through its subsidiary DLF Home Developers, has forayed into the Mumbai residential market with the launch of The Westpark in Andheri West.
The company, in partnership with Trident Realty, reported sales of over ₹2,300 crore from the complete sellout of 416 units launched under phase-1.
The launch, covering four 37-storey towers on a 5.18-acre parcel, witnessed swift absorption with all units sold within a week. The phase forms part of a larger ~10-acre master plan expected to include eight residential towers in total.
Homes offered in the initial phase comprised 3 and 4 BHK apartments ranging from 1,125 to 2,500 sq ft (carpet area), alongside a limited number of penthouses.
The project is designed by architecture firm HB Design, with structural expertise from Thornton Tomasetti, interiors by BLINK and landscaping by SHMA.
