NEW DELHI: DLF has reported a growth of 18.30 per cent in its net consolidated profit during the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Its profit after tax stood at ₹762.67 crore in Q1 FY26 as against ₹644.67 crore it registered in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, the company said in a BSE filing.
The company’s net consolidated total income stood at ₹2,980.88 crore in Q1 FY26, a growth of 72.32 per cent from ₹1,729.82 crore it recorded in the similar quarter last year.
Its new sales bookings for the first quarter stood at ₹11,425 crore, reflecting a year-on-year growth of 78%.
The net cash position improved to ₹7,980 crore at the end of the quarter.
DLF Cyber City Developers’ (DCCDL) consolidated revenue stood at ₹1,739 crore in Q1 FY26; EBITDA stood at ₹1,356 crore, reflecting a year-on-year growth of 14%; consolidated profit for the quarter stood at ₹593 crore, a year-on-year growth of 26%.
The company’s occupancy levels were at 94%. It commissioned an additional block of 1.1 million sq ft at DLF Downtown during the quarter.
