NEW DELHI: NBCC (India) reported a growth of 25.97 per cent in its net consolidated profit during the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Its profit after tax stood at ₹135.03 crore in Q1 FY26 as against ₹107.19 crore it registered in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, the company said in a BSE filing.
The company’s net consolidated total income stood at ₹2,465.48 crore in Q1 FY26, a growth of 12.26 per cent from ₹2,196.20 crore it recorded in the similar quarter last year.
The board of directors declared first interim dividend of ₹0.21 per share (face value of ₹1 per share) for the financial year 2025-26.
