NEW DELHI: Anil Kapoor, along with his son Harsh Varrdhan Kapoor, has bought an apartment in The Smoky Hill CHS in Bandra West, Mumbai, for ₹5 crore.
The apartment has a built-up area of 108.25 sq meters (1,165 sq ft) and carpet area of (90 sq meters (970.71 sq ft), according to the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) documents reviewed by Square Yards. The transaction was registered in August 2025.
The transaction incurred a stamp duty payment of ₹30 lakh and registration charges of ₹30,000. The deal also includes one garage space.
