NEW DELHI: Tiger Shroff has sold an apartment in Rustomjee Paramount in Khar, Mumbai, for ₹15.60 crore. Shroff had bought the property in 2018 for ₹11.62 crore.
The apartment has carpet area of 1,989.72 sq ft (184.85 sq meter) and built-up area of 2,189 sq ft (203.34 sq meter), according to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards on the website of Inspector General of Registration (IGR).
The transaction also includes three car parking spaces. The deal incurred a stamp duty payment of ₹93.60 lakh along with registration charges of ₹30,000.
The transaction was registered in September 2025.
