NEW DELHI: NBCC (India) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Nagpur Metropolitan Region Development Authority (NMRDA) for the development of Naveen Nagpur, as the International Business & Finance Center (IBFC) planned in the metropolitan region.
Naveen Nagpur will cover an area of around 1,710 acres (692 hectatres) wherein the business district will be spread across 1000 acres, and 710 acres will be reserved for future expansion.
The project will focus on building commercial establishments for start-ups, MSMEs, IT companies and commercial offices along with residential, and mixed-use developments.
NBCC has been appointed as the project management consultant for 1,000 acres land planned as business district. The project will be executed in three phases over the next 15 years.
