Mahindra Lifespaces to redevelop two societies in Chembur, Mumbai, ETRealty

NEW DELHI: Mahindra Lifespace Developers (MLDL), the real estate and infrastructure development arm of the Mahindra Group, will redevelopment two housing societies in the Diamond Garden area of Chembur, Mumbai.

Vimalendra Singh, chief business officer (residential) of the company said, said “Redevelopment continues to play an important role in our growth journey. It enables us to bring high-quality residential projects to neighbourhoods where demand remains strong.”

The two societies span ~2.6 acres and ~1.8 acres respectively and have a combined gross development potential of approximately ₹1,700 crore.
