NEW DELHI: Kartik Aaryan, along with his parents, mother Mala Tiwari, and father Manish Tiwari, has purchased an office space in in Signature by Lotus, Andheri West, Mumbai, for ₹13 crore.
The office space has a RERA carpet area of 176.98 sq meters (1,905 sq ft) and a built-up area of 194.67 sq meters (2,095 sq ft), according to the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards.
The transaction was registered in September 2025.
The deal also includes three car parking spaces. The transaction incurred a stamp duty payment of ₹78 lakh and registration charges of ₹30,000.
