LUCKNOW: With 2,346 booklets sold and 117 people completing registration within three days of the launch, the Lucknow Development Authority‘s Atal Nagar and Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Housing Schemes received a strong response from buyers.
Online registration for both schemes, open from Oct 4 to Nov 3 has seen significant activity.
LDA vice chairman Prathamesh Kumar said the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Housing Scheme in Dalibagh, Hazratganj, is built on 2,314 sq meters of land reclaimed from illegal occupation. The project includes 72 flats in three ground-plus-three blocks, each measuring 36.65 sq meters, priced at Rs 10.70 lakh.
In three days, 5,616 people visited the LDA website for the scheme, 1,703 purchased booklets, and 58 registered.
The Atal Nagar Housing Scheme in Devpur Para launched 2,496 flats across 15 towers of 12 to 19 stories. The project includes 1,832 one-bedroom and 664 two-bedroom flats, ranging from 30 sq meters to 54.95 sq meters, priced from Rs 9.82 lakhs. In three days, 3,078 people visited the website, 643 purchased booklets, and 59 registered.
