NEW DELHI: TRU Realty will invest ₹110 crore to develop a residential project – Spectrum Life in SantaCruz, Mumbai.
The project, situated on a freehold parcel in SantaCruz, is expected to generate a revenue exceeding ₹200 crore by 2030.
Developed in collaboration with Shrem Group, the project spans half an acre, comprises two towers, and 50 residential units.
With home prices starting at ₹2.92 crore, the project will offer 2, 3, and 4 BHK residences. The possession is expected by 2028.
