HYDERABAD: Telangana Rajiv Swagruha Corporation Limited (TRSCL) will conduct an e-auction of its open plots at Kurmalguda, Thorrur and Bahadurpally between Oct 28 and 30.
Plots at Kurmalguda range between 200 and 300 square yards, while at Thorrur in Rangareddy, plots range from 200 to 500 square yards. The upset price for plots at Kurmalguda has been fixed at 20,000 per square yard, while it would be 25,000 per square yard at Thorrur.
At Bahadurpally, the upset price is 27,000 per square yard, and for corner plots, it is 30,000 per square yard. The minimum bid increment per yard is 500.
The e-auction for Kurmalguda plots will be held from 11am to 2pm on Tuesday, and for Bahadurpally plots, it will be held from 3pm to 6pm on the same day.
The auction for Thorrur plots will be conducted in two sessions, from 11am to 2pm and from 3pm to 6pm, on Wednesday and Thursday.
