NEW DELHI: M3M group has cleared ₹1,133 crore loan of the total ₹1,300 crore loan it availed from Indiabulls by March 31, 2025. The loan was availed by M3M India for the purchase and development of its project – M3M City of Dreams in Panipat.
The company will pay the residual amount of ₹167 crore by the first quarter of the financial year 2025-26.
Robin Mangla, president of the company said, “We have successfully repaid amount of ₹802 crore and are paying an additional ₹331 crore on March 31, 2025 post which the residual loan amount would only be ₹167 crore which will also be repaid within Q1 FY26. This repayment will make the group debt free. The project has commenced possession for approximately 1,100 customers.”
The project spans 337 acre and has commenced possession for its first phase. It also has 1.74 million sq ft retail space.
The company currently has 3,000-acre land bank across Gurugram, Noida, and Panipat.
