NEW DELHI: Keystone Realtors has reported pre-sales of ₹30.28 billion in for FY25 as compared to ₹22.66 billion it recorded in FY24, registering a growth of 34 per cent year-on-year basis.
Collections registered a growth of six per cent year-on-year in FY25 and stood at ₹23.26 billion as against ₹22.03 billion in FY24.
Boman Irani, CMD of the company said, “Our performance metrics have surpassed the guidance in most of the parameters. Pre-Sales in FY25 amounted to ₹30.28 billion, reflecting a notable 34 per cent year-on-year growth. Our collections also showed growth, reaching ₹23.26 billion for the entire FY25. On the business development front, we successfully added nine projects in FY25, with a total GDV of ₹47.83 billion, surpassing our FY25 guidance. In FY25 we launched a total of seven projects with an estimated GDV of ₹50.19 billion.”
In Q4 FY25, the company recorded pre-sales of ₹8.54 billion as against ₹8.43 billion reported in Q4 FY24. Collections for Q4 FY25 were at ₹7.46 billion as compared to ₹6.70 billion in Q4 FY24, showing a quarterly growth of 11 per cent year-on-year.
The company launched two projects in Q4 FY25 having saleable area of 1.04 million sq ft and an estimated gross development value (GDV) of ₹9.62 billion. With this, it has launched a total of seven projects in FY25 with an estimated GDV of ₹50.19 billion.
During Q4 FY25, the company has completed two projects with total construction area of 0.26 million sq ft. With this, it has completed five projects with a total construction area of 0.72 million sq ft in FY25.
