NEW DELHI: Trehan Iris has partnered with Sarovar Hotels to launch Iris Sarovar Portico hotel situated in sector 85, Gurugram.
This collaboration is backed by a projected investment of ₹75 crore, with an anticipated revenue of ₹10-12 crore.
The hotel features 79 designed rooms and suites, restaurant, rooftop venue, rooftop swimming pool, fitness centre, and conference facilities.
The hotel is located at Iris Broadway Mall. Spread over 2.8 acres, the mall is 100% leased with over 45 operational brands.
