NEW DELHI: Arkade Developers has reported 19.8 per cent increase in pre-sales during the financial year 2024-25. The company registered pre-sales of ₹773 crore as against ₹645 crore it witnessed in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal.
The company’s collections stood at ₹716 crore in FY25, up by 21.8 per cent. It sold 2.49 lakh sq ft in FY25, compared to 2.03 lakh sq ft in FY24, recording a 22.7 per cent year-on-year growth.
Amit Jain, chairman and managing director of the company said, “The improved operational efficiency and disciplined project management have laid a strong foundation for future pipelines. As we enter FY26, we remain committed to scaling our development footprint across Mumbai.”
In the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2025 the company’s pre-sales stood at ₹217 crore, up 10.6 per cent year-on-year. Collections were up by 35.2 per cent year-on-year and stood at ₹238 crore
In FY25, it launched three projects in Mumbai and cumulatively acquired 15.5 acres of land parcel in western suburbs with a projected gross development value (GDV) of ₹8,590 crore.
