NEW DELHI: Realty firm TDI Infrastructure Ltd has repaid its entire Rs 2,000 crore of loans, becoming a debt-free company.
In a statement on Thursday, the company said it is “now entirely debt-free, having cleared all outstanding obligations amounting to Rs 2,000 crore without any restructuring, settlement, or waiver.”
TDI Infrastructure is currently focusing on asset consolidation and development of townships and commercial properties.
TDI Infrastructure’s Akshay Taneja said, “Becoming debt-free has been a critical milestone in our transformation journey. It reflects our long-term discipline and commitment to delivering on-ground performance while maintaining financial integrity.”
As part of its upcoming plans, TDI Infrastructure is preparing to re-launch TDI City, Kundli. The company is also planning to enter the Ludhiana micro-market with a new township project.
TDI Infrastructure has a delivered portfolio of 2,500-plus acres across key cities including Kundli, Mohali, Panipat, Rajpura, Faridabad, Agra, and Moradabad.
