WeWork India Leases 22,700 sq ft to Chargebee in Chennai’s Ramanujan Intellion Park, ETRealty

NEW DELHI WeWork India Management (WeWork India), a flexible workspace operator, has leased out 22,000 sq ft space to Chargebee, a global billing and monetisation platform, at WeWork Ramanujan Intellion Park, Chennai.

Earlier in 2025, Chargebee also moved its Ireland office to WeWork 5 Harcourt Road in Dublin.

In July 2025, WeWork India had leased two centres: WeWork EON Free Zone in Pune and WeWork Ramanujan Intellion Park in Chennai.

The Chennai center is spread across three floors in the Littlewood Tower with 150,000 sq ft and 2400 desks while Pune’s center is spread across 60,000 sq ft in Kharadi, Pune.

WeWork India is currently operational across eight cities, with over one lakh desks.
