NEW DELHI: UrbanVault, a workspace solution provider, has leased 80,000 sq ft space at Manyata Tech Park, Bengaluru from Embassy Group.
The center offers over 2,000 seats, with a per-seat cost ranging upwards of Rs 10,000 per month. The company has secured clients such as Cloud Odyssey, Pioneer, and SRM Tech for the center.
Amal Mishra, CEO of the company said, “We are committed to investing aggressively in our national expansion, targeting high-potential micro-markets across India.”
With this, it has expanded its portfolio to over 2.58 million sq ft, managing over 42,000 seats across Bengaluru, Pune, Gurugram and other major cities.
The company reported a turnover of ₹120 crore in FY25 with over 70% year-on-year growth and 18% profit after tax (PAT).
