NEW DELHI: Colive, a co-living platform, has entered into a partnership with Bain Capital and Sattva Group to establish a co-living real estate platform with an initial commitment of at least $100 million.
As part of the partnership, Colive also raised $20 million funding for growth and expanded market presence.
The platform will be dedicated to acquiring land, developing communities, and delivering purpose-built rental housing.
It has completed initial land acquisitions in Pune and Bengaluru, with nearly 0.5 million sq ft of co-living spaces under development.
