LUCKNOW: Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) on Friday announced the opening of online registration for flats under Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel and Atal Nagar residential housing schemes for low-and-middle-income residents of the city from Saturday till Nov 3.
While Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel Housing scheme has come up on land reclaimed from mafia don, the late Mukhtar Ansari in Dalibagh, Atal Nagar Housing Scheme is situated in Devpur Para. The Patel scheme has been developed on approximately 2,314 sq.m. of land and comprises three G+3 blocks with a total of 72 flats, each measuring 36.65 sq.m., priced at Rs 10.70 lakh for EWS category families.
Situated on 20-meter Bandha Road, the project is easily accessible from Balu Adda, 1090 Chauraha, Narahi, Sikandarbagh, and Hazratganj, all within 5–10 minutes. Facilities include clean water and electricity, security, and two-wheeler parking.
The Atal Nagar Housing Scheme in Devpur Para caters to low-and-middle-income families, offering 2,496 flats across 15 towers ranging from 12 to 19 floors. These include 1,832 one-bedroom and 664 two-bedroom units, with sizes from 30 sq.m. to 54.95 sq.m., priced starting at Rs 9.82 lakh. The project ensures lifts, uninterrupted water and electricity supply, power backup, security, green areas, children’s play zones, and ample parking, making it convenient for families, including women, children, and senior citizens.
Registrations are possible only via the LDA website, with a 5% registration fee of the flat’s estimated cost (2.5% for reserved category applicants). Flats will be allotted through a transparent lottery system.
Speaking about the schemes, Prathmesh Kumar said, “The locations of these housing are prime, construction quality is closely monitored, and allotments will be carried out transparently via an online lottery.”
